There are picnic tables near the parking area for visitors to enjoy their meal and the scenery. There's also a short nature trail that leads to the tip of Bluff point where you can look out to the Atlantic Ocean.
It only takes about 30 minutes to get to the tip of Bluff Point. The trail is relatively flat and wide so there's no way you would get lost.
I don't think people from other states would actually come here simply because it's such a small nature preserve and there's really only one trail.
But if you are stuck in traffic on I-95 near exit 87 or 88 in CT and you are road raging, maybe you should take the exit and find Bluff point so you can take a breather.
